Problem happened on Kubuntu's feisty

when launch kate or skimm etc. As following is warning infomation, could u help to fix it ?

My Konsole cann't display chinese character ,if using vi vim or nano etc.

楼主不像是全新安装？升级的？
k下也许 fcitx会好些

Install used hard media ISO image .
At first nothing . but i have used apt-get dist-upgrade
