开机出现 “internal error”“failed to initialize HAL”
并且 “服务”，“网络”都无法打开，出现如下错误
"The configuration counld not be loaded" "you are not allowed to access the system configuration"

我遇见过，忘记怎么搞好了greenlemon 写了：开机出现 “internal error”“failed to initialize HAL”
