tar.bz2 解压缩后安装提示找不着？

tar.bz2 解压缩后安装提示找不着？
我从官方网站下载了pidgin-2.0.2.tar.bz2这个包以后 放在了／home/ubuntu(我的ubuntu是还没有安装的 只是从硬盘启动而已) 我进入／home/ubuntu这个目录之后 打开终端 tar -jxvf pidgin-2.0.2.tar.bz2 解压成功 ls指令也可以看到这个文件 但是我输入 tar apt-get tarball_pidgin-2.0.2这个命令后 提示错误 请问怎么安装这个文件呢
