MKL安装时 提示Invalid license file

我想安装intel的MKL,和安装 intel fortran compiler 一样, 在输入许可文件地址后,提示无效.这个许可文件我是新下载的啊 .真是不知什么毛病.
我把过程写下来:

tar -xzvf filename
mkdir -p /opt/intel_fc_10/licenses
cp licence file /opt/intel_fc_10/licenses
export INTEL_LICENSE_FILE= /opt/intel_fc_10/licenses


cd working directory
./install.sh

..............
