首先，启动后按ctrl_alt+F1切换到终端下登录，然后查看xorg.conf文件是否有显示频率的设置，命令是：
sudo vim /etc/X11/xorg.conf
用光标上下左右移动，del键解除，输入“i”可以切换到编辑模式打字进去，按Esc键返回命令模式，
按你显示器修改好水平和垂直刷新率后，按wq是保存退出，q! 是不保存退出。

然后，你的显卡是否接了双显示器？或者是DVI接口接了显示器，而另一个vga接口也接上其他显示器？
如果是的话，默认的会把vga的模拟接口设置为第一显示器，当然就超出了DVI的液晶显示器刷新频率了。
如果真的是这样，你把CRT显示器接到vga接口上，应该能惊喜地发现，其实显卡驱动是装好了的，
只需在显卡的设置里（在栏务栏“系统管理”里有NVIDIA显卡的设置）把主显示器设置好就行了。
