[问题]berly 运行问题：water: GL_ARB_fragment_program is missing

我的beryl开机不能直接运行，开机后用命令行 beryl 运行时效果就能恢复，但是不是完全运行：

Water Effect turns your desktop into a watery surface. It can simulate rain and waves made by moving windows or the mouse cursor.

For Beryl water to work GL_ARB_fragment_program must be on the graphics card. To tell if this is on the card, start beryl by typing beryl-manager into the terminal. By reading the output, it is possible to see if it is missing.
