I tried many local source to upgrade my Zh-CN and input software. But I cannot connect them.

kubuntu8.10 中文包已完全装上，scim、雷鸟等也一起捆绑的装了，但 kde 还是中英相间

牢骚一下，ubuntu 很低级的问题。cd 容量有限，可部分软件只有英文，部分软件附语言包，说什么也不该一个软件中英相间呀。纯属策略问题，这点很垃圾。
