求助：硬盘安装ubuntu后，进不了windows系统了

我的电脑是联想昭阳E290，硬盘格式是fat32，原系统是 Windows xp 。按http://forum.ubuntu.org.cn/viewtopic.php?f=77&t=161212的方法安装ubuntu8.10 ，安装成功。
但是重启电脑时有几个选择项，前面3个都是对ubuntu的，选择第一个正常进入ubuntu，其他两个没试过。下面还有一个选项是 其他系统 windows xp profession ， 选择windows xp后进入另一个界面，跟安装ubuntu时的界面一样，有两个选项，第一个是windows xp profession 第二个是 “GRUB”， 现在问题是：我选择第一个 Windows xp后，看到显示windows xp 这几个字符的界面后，就蓝屏了，而且蓝屏时间很短，都看不到写的什么字，马上就重启了。也就是说现在进不了windows系统了。
然后我用windows xp系统光盘启动，安装，到选择安装磁盘时，出现的内容大概是说有一个硬盘，总的容量是多少多少，但不能使用这个硬盘。（估计就是windows找不到硬盘或引导区之类的吧），请问我这种情况该怎么办呀？怎么样才能进得到xp系统，也能进的到ubuntu系统呀。


安装ubuntu时，分区的步骤是直接选择的使用最大的连续空闲空间这个选项，自动分成 \和swap的。

安装前用pq把一个硬盘分出去了10G的。

不过装过一两三次后，这些问题就是再简单不过了。。。

大哥，能详细点吗？我也是在想，可能是安装ubuntu后，grub中对xp系统的引导有问题。
我按网上把grub下的menulst的

我也一样，以前装8。04时还可以进WIN，可是现在装了8。10进系统没有了WIN的启动了，直接就是进UBuntu8.10,我要怎么办啊，我用的是双硬盘，一个系统装一个盘，但我是菜鸟，不懂怎么搞。请大哥们帮帮忙，说详细点哈，。

只好用WINDOWS安装盘到修复，用FIXMBR FIXBOOT命令修复一下。重启后，进不去WIN只有重装WINDOWS。
本人装8.04两次了，用FIXMBR FIXBOOT命令修复后，是进不去WIN的。所以安装UBUNTU前，要用GHOST 做个C盘的GHO。GHOST恢复WIN后，再用grub4dos-0.4.4，把Grldr复制到C盘，BOO.TINI加
C:\ grldr＝ＵＢＵＮＴＵ
就能恢复引导ＵＢＵＮＴＵ了

我的windows在C盘
分区把原来的D盘取消了（专门空出来的盘），Ubuntu安装在这个里面
现在开机引导系统时候，出现和楼主一样的问题，进不去windows。
能进ubuntu，在这个系统下也能读取windows磁盘的所有文件。

这个问题我在PE系统下运行了一下分区表医生就解决了。。我的PE是电脑公司特别版Ghost_sp3_9.2带的。。
