神啊，搭救我一把吧，我的ubuntu开不起来了

我使用UBUNTU8.04使用得很好，可就前几天晚上，一晚上无故给我死机5次，每次都是死干净了的，CTRL+ALT+←也没用，反正是死透了，重起用个把小时又挂，等第5次死掉后，我再起，就进入命令行界面，进不了图形界面了，再起一次后，GRUB报错ERROR2,没其他反应了。
我折腾了两天，查了下资料，摆不平了，只好清空mbr了，dos进不去，盘有问题，用软件清空的，现在只能显示Missing operation system了。
用Ubuntu的liveCD 进系统在命令行下，我看到我的的第2个盘的linux分区，grub里就是setup不出来，说文件找不到，find /boot/grub/stage1就是找不到，我在以前使用的时候看得到根目录下面的boot文件夹，可在光盘系统里为什么看到boot是一个文件，现在不找到怎么办了，我又不想重新装，请各位帮帮小菜我，help me! 在线等！！！！！！！！！

建议备份／var/cache/apt/archives里的deb包，然后重装。

可很多软件都是自己下好了，编译的，我就是难得升级和配置环境，备份deb包，估计没多少用，
大哥们，指点我一下啊，有没有不用重装的办法啊。

mkdir /mnt/xxxx
mount -o loop  这个boot文件  /mnt/xxxx

看一下能不能mount上，可以尝试不同参数mount

如果能mount上，把文件复制出来，重新建一个/boot目录，直接复制到那个目录

如果里面没有内核文件，也复制一份进去，然后修改grub配置文件和fstab，再重装下grub到 MBR


如果mount不上，你只能livecd上网，挂载好/，建立好boot目录，chroot进硬盘上的系统，然后 apt-get install 内核

再重装grub



最后还有一招，可以尝试去别的机器复制一份可以用的通用内核，或者win下面下载好包再拷过去，实在没条件就试试livecd的内核。



所有操作之前，确认已经把重要资料备份到U盘或者别的硬盘
