求助：ubuntu装好之后开机启动没有让选择进xp的选项

直接就进ubuntu了
好不容易装好现在 又出现进不了xp的事
新手难当
安装过程时分区是手动的，应该没有碰到有xp的系统盘阿
请问如何是好

安装过程是差不多的，都是硬盘安装
试了您的方法可是还是看不到双系统启动选项阿
我的问题不仅是这样，就是bios里面设置成从光驱启动它也不从光驱里启动。。。。
