安装intel fortran

我的是7.10。 amd64 desktop,按照上面的教程安装intel fortran 10.1.021，

上边好像都没什么问题
到了设置环境变量时

cd /opt/intel/fc/10.1.021/bin
sudo perl -pi -w -e 's/!\/bin\/sh/!\/bin\/bash/g;' * (注意：*代表当前目录下的所
有文件，前有空格;\/就是反斜杠\加斜杠/，下同)
sudo sed -i 's/<INSTALLDIR>/\/opt\/intel\/fce\/10.1.021/g;' *
source ifortvars.sh

后运行ifort,却发现错误，出现line 49: /opt/intel/fce/10.1.021/bin/ifortbin 没有这
个文件夹或文件，

是不是没有安装好啊， 问题何在。谢谢啊
