8.04上安装完VM并设置好新虚拟机点虚拟机电源时出错。。。

在UBUNTU8。04下都设置好想开虚拟机装XP了点了下power on ，出现这个错误，郁闷
查了下好像是过期了。就把时间调成 1月，还是不行。。。

按网上的教程试了N天都没成功
