firefox把内存全占了

昨天晚上发现我的电脑的内存被firefox全占了，别的程序都不能运行，不知道是哪的问题。大家能不能给点建议？

试过了，重启之后确实好了，但没过多久又成这样了。

现声明一下，在出现这种情况之前，我安装过mplayer，现面是几个我的firefox上安装的有关flash（还有两个不知道是做什么的）之类的插件：
