can't type "e" ,but all other character type ok

my laptop is idealpad Y430A-PSE, i can't type "e" in console, but other character is ok, except that, all captital character is ok, include "E".
if i type ctrl+v, then type e, the "e" can be typed, but why i can't type "e"?
