KDE下的Kompozer（刚出0.8版，上sourceforge.net上找）, Quanta Plus

我试过很多，不过觉得最好用的还是netbeans。

Kompozer 用得比较多，不过0.7的版本在 8.10 下不稳定，我一般在 8.04 下使用，
0.8 的可能要好些
