[问题]请教关于ubuntu的https网络连接速度问题.

有个网站https://www.hotelfactory.com，这个网站是很慢，但在 windows下用ie总是可以访问，虽然速度很慢。
而在ubuntu下用各种浏览器(包括用wine模拟的ie6.0sp1,firefox,opera,konqueror)都是有时能访问有时不能访问，严重影响工作。
我的ubuntu是6.06版，内核是2.6.15-26-686。
原来是开启ipv6,后来禁用，依然如此。
我也采用了网上的firefox提速设置：

初步怀疑无浏览器无关，是ubuntu的网络模块部分的设置及其https的设置问题。
请大侠们指点，究竟是什么问题。

opera也是一样的。时上时不能上。
我怀疑是linux的网络设置问题，与浏览器无关。
