I looked at my machine, somebody was accessing my machine (I don't know how he made it, I have firewall enabled, my password is long and complex enough). Anyway, I found someone was running a Perl script on my machine under ~/.ssh/.sshd directory.
His ip address is 66.252.29.237.
I did a simple search, it is a atrix shellbot.
