求助：程序更新后，好多程序窗口打开一闪即逝，无法操作。

昨天在高手们的指导下，成功的在16G u盘上安装了ubuntu 9.04。
基本情况如下：1、前9G分区分给了windows系统，中间5G分给ubuntu EX4分区并将启动文件放在此分区，后1G作为交换分区，这样u盘己可以在windows系统下被识别，也可以引导ubunt系统启机， 弄好后一切正常，非常高兴。
2、 然后用2个小时的时间，升级中文补丁，成功。
3、由于升级中文补丁太慢，更新了软件源，自动选择最快的软件源。
4、更新管理器启动，下载重要更新内容173项，117M，更新软件源后，速度明显提高，20分钟下载搞定，但安装更新过程将近1个半小时，可能u盘速度相对硬盘慢。
5、程序更新重启后，安装了最新的a卡3系列的驱动，成功，再次重启，基本工作完成，下一步打算锦上添花，装些程序，但问题来了。
6、首先发现右上角出现红色警告，检查更新时出现了错误，想点击查看，窗口一闪就消失了。
7、想通过添加／升级，来安装应用程序，窗口一闪就消失了。
8、想打开新立得软件管理器，窗口一闪就消失了。
9、下载qq linux版deb安装包，点击，窗口也是一闪就消失了，播放器提示需要下载插件，点击查找，查找窗口一闪就小时了。
10、我感觉只要跟软件更新有关或网络有关的程序好像都存在这种情况，但是浏览器上网没问题。我将软件源改回初始默认，上述问题仍然没有解决。
我把我的过程全都说出来了，现在是普通应用没啥问题，就是软件更新、安装没有了途径，非常别扭。清高手指教，我也是菜鸟，是近一个星期才开始玩ubunt，所以请高手说的更“傻瓜”一些，非常感谢。

刚才把源列表清空后问题解决了。
我是菜鸟，把我的操作过程些出来吧，希望下回遇到同样问题的菜鸟不向我一样茫然，有可能关公门前耍大刀，高手不要笑话我。我是菜鸟我怕谁。呵呵
在终端输入：sudo gedit /etc/apt/sources.list
输入密码后，编辑器打开，然后把sources.list里面所有的东西全部删掉，保存，退出。问题就解决了。
