怎么设置可用的屏幕刷新率啊？

上次我安装时可以选择85到100的刷新率
可这次我重新安装后，好多东东都变了不说，1024只能有60的刷新率，800*600的有60和70，是怎么回事啊？ 我要怎么调整？ 我是NV的显卡，上次装和这回装没什么区别啊？
有哪位老大知道，给指条明路？ 我已经看过/etc/X11/config了，里面我已经把Vsync什么的那个参数改成了85了，但是没用
