English local scim input not work!Help!!!

I want to use scim ,and I have remove my fcitx.
I'm in English local ,I can't use scim.I have done all the things which told in "http://wiki.ubuntu.org.cn/index.php?tit ... iant=zh-cn"

This may be the problem,but I do not know how to do !HELP!!!!

No system wide default defined just for locale en_US .
Use "all_ALL" quasi-locale and set IM.
Using '/etc/X11/xinit/xinput.d/scim' to provide 'xinput-all_ALL'.

delete your scim,and install fcitx……

我还真是没有办法，直接用fcitx，这个不好用，前些时打的词，现在就没有了
