关于ATI9。8催化 的安装问题

在菜单里点击 ATICCC 和ATICCC（superuser）都没有弹出相应的设置窗口 这样算装好了么 应该怎么应用呢？

本人装好UBUNTU9。04好几天了，被显卡的刷新率整得头晕晕的，我的是ATI3850显卡，用系统的硬件驱动装的话会闪屏，后来用官方的9，8版驱动装好了，可是刷新率最高只能上到60，我的显示器是crt的，没法看。型号为三菱的RDF221S，1280*1024分辨率下刷新率可以上到85的，在论坛到处找帖子，搞了三天了，还没解决，望有朋友可以帮帮忙，多谢了！以下是我的xorg.conf
