不知道是怎么回事，还是我瞎弄了什么东西，结果把时间弄错了。
网上搜了解决办法
可能开启了UTC
sudo gedit /etc/default/rcS
修改：UTC=yes
为：UTC=no
但是还是没有用我试过了，修改还重新起动了。

哦，谢谢了，但是我知道是怎么回事了，/apps/panel/applets/clock_screen0/prefs/ 下的gmt_time 被我无意中勾选了，不知道为什么会有8个小时的差距。勾选上就变成上面的情况了。
