１、下载附件中的bzImage和tinycore.gz
２、建立文件加（你要安装的位置）/boot，拷贝过去。
３、编写／修改menu.lst添加tinycore的启动项目
４、如果要安装grub启动器，则需要拷贝/usr/lib/grub/i386[tab]的内容到（你要安装的位置）/boot/grub中。然后按照安装grub的方法安装grub

我刻了盘，启动，无法使用pppoe，也就无法继续了。

官方网站上的install介绍，启动后需要下载cfdisk扩展，然后分区。无法联网，无法继续。

望指点一二。

按上面的网址定制tinycore
我加了ntfs-3g,pppd,opera,fontconfig这几个tce包,加入了msyh.ttf,最后tinycore.gz大小是31m.没有中文输入.
添加这一步是这样的
cd /tmp/extract
tar xzvpf ntfs-3g.tce
tar xzvpf opera.tcel
tar xzvpf pppd.tcel
cp msyh.ttf usr/share/fonts/

按http://www.linuxsir.org/bbs/thread355186.html修改etc/pppd下的文件:

没有找到输入法的tce包,不知楼主如何做的.

今天又将msyh.ttf(太大）换成wqy-microhei，加入Mplayer-nodeps.tce,OSS.tcem来支持多媒体播放，tinycore.gz有26m,输入法可以用http://www.dict.cn/ime/在线输入。
