http://pptv.me增加了搜索功能(9/27更新）

在pythonist的建议下，搜索功能终于实现了（我真听话啊，就剩点播排行榜了）。
可以用演员，导演，电影名，相关简介做keyword
keywords 空格相隔可以做and操作。
这下可以快速看片啦。
搜索范围是
kan.pps.tv
ppstream
sopcast
由于很多pplive的资源都是无效的，就没有放到搜索database中

希望ubuntuer 们好好享受看片。

由于电脑配置低，用Totem虽然方便，但很卡，用mplayer就好多了，再次顶下，表示支持。
