ubuntu9.10 mplayer不能播放avi格式

打开avi格式会弹出一个错误
fatal:could not initialize video filters(-vf) or video output(-vo)

点ok后就没了，不能播放！
怎么解决阿？

其他的能播放阿，我播放rmvb的就正常，什么问题都没有！

找了一个目录我运行代码mplayer -vo x11 CHAP05.avi后

MPlayer SVN-r29237-4.4.1 (C) 2000-2009 MPlayer Team
mplayer: could not connect to socket
mplayer: No such file or directory

这个结果，是什么意思阿？我看不懂！
麻烦前辈耐心解释以下！

代码:
gmplayer

然后preferences->video->Avaliable drivers选第二个xv X11/Xv

我的就是这样子修好的

或者 去CHAP05.avi的目录下再运行mplayer -vo x11 CHAP05.avi
再试试好么？

我不傻，我肯定是进入CHAP05.avi的目录下才运行的！我用ls看到CHAP05.avi了才输入的命令！

我发现我那里错了，应该是CHAP05.AVI而我打成了CHAP05.avi

我使用smplayer这个前端貌似没有lz这样的问题也～而且我觉得SMPLAYER比Mplayer方便点～
lz要不试试？

你确定那个是avi格式的吗？再不然就装w32codecs解码包吧。

我的mplayer不能播flv，avi的问题都解决了，谢谢~（我先前装过w32codecs，不知道这个起没起作用）

麻烦看看阿！！

跟我的一样。部分avi确实如此，用totme的话黑一大片，显示一小块一小块的。

估计是分离器/解码器没有安装或者选择错误

vo设置对了吗？
