在论坛里面我打开很多别人发的附件都是这样

You are not permitted to download the file "MySQL参考手册5.1.tar.gz".

注：因为公司只能访问论坛这一个外部网络。
但是论坛有些附件又能看见！
不知道原因是什么

Some of my users are receiving a

The problem was out internal Fortigate device. I was blocking various files types such as .dll, .com and .ppt for all protocols. Thanks for the advice you helped me further narrow my trouble shooting.

我估计还是代理服务器的设置问题。不允许下载gz的附件，你试试是不是凡是gz的附件都无法下载？

It's not necesarry the router og firewall . I can also be the security settings in the Java runtime enviroment. Try to uninstal the java runtime enviroment, and then try to download again. Then reinstall the java.

好象有个明白人给出了准确答案，你参考一下：

這是被Fortigate-400阻擋的結果。

防火牆→策略→port2 -> port1 （外部到內部）
先去看看外部對那台server http服務的設定，看你是用哪一條Protection Profile （假設為IPS）。

防火牆→Protection Profile→IPS→編輯→防毒→將「檔案阻絕」的選項取消掉就可以。

至於「檔案阻絕」阻擋哪些類型的檔案，它的設定在 病毒檢查→檔名阻絕裡。

以我來講，外部到內部，我並沒有設定檔案阻絕，我是設定電腦教室的電腦到外部，自己新增一條Protection Profile ，在這條Protection Profile裡再設定「檔案阻絕」，所以學生每次要去下載遊戲檔（.zip .rar .exe .bat等)，就會被檔下來，出現

You are not permitted to download the file ....。

基本上可以确定是你公司的防火墙的问题

You are not permitted to download the file "PsTools.zip" because it is infected with the virus "RAT/ProcLaunch".

If you are on a company machine and your company decided to use this Fortinet product which falsely identifies PSTools.zip as a backdoor trojan software, well, I have got no idea how you could download it.

I assume asking your IT guys to download it for you is not an option?!
