Dell 液晶显示器 左右显示位置问题，请高手指点，谢谢

我在台式机上安装了两个系统：Windows xp 和Ubuntu Linux ，但是发现 在windows中和Ubuntu中，显示器有问题：
两者的分辨率都是1280＊1024 标准分辨率，但是在两个系统中左右位置不一样，每次启动之后必须手动调节。
windows下显示正常的时间，切换到linux下就会导致左边一小部分无法显示，只能手动调节左右位置。
每次出现这个问题感觉很烦，不知道该如何处理？

显卡驱动问题。安装。否则按显示器的自动调整。

的确我的显卡是Intel Corporation 82865G Integrated Graphics Controller 的啊。这个与显示器没有关系吧，应该说的是显卡的事情吧？

以前都有好多这样的帖子，都是安装驱动，还有些是用那个915xxx设置等。后来都没这类帖子了的。所以，你应该找旧帖子看。
