大家好
我是一个外国人住在上海。我用Dapper。请原谅我的中文水平。。。。。
我最近发现我用apt下载东西都很慢。原来我的／etc／apt／sources.list都是在欧洲的repository 例如：deb http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu dapper main restricted ，然后我在前面加了一个cn，例如：deb http://cn.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu dapper main restricted ，不过deb http://security.ubuntu.com/ubuntu dapper-security main restricted 和deb http://security.ubuntu.com/ubuntu dapper-security universe multiverse不能加cn。 那么我想问一下，中国ubuntu的mirror地址是什么？
中国有没有更快的mirror？

中文很差？我看楼主的国语（至少书面的）比广东的朋友好多了，哈哈

我也是上海的电信用户，感觉好像用cn99和cnsite的比较快

在中国大陆，有特殊的目录比如 ubuntu-cn 是具有我国特色的版本问题包，这些在欧洲是没有的，我个人感觉在中国不可能存在尽责而严谨的官方镜像，因为我们的建设没有被重视过很多渠道没有被健全过（比如cn.archive.ubuntu.com 的main、sou的404问题，比如linuxforum.net 的一年多没动过的linux 镜像），只有具有“人情”色彩的非官方镜像。。。而且类似security.ubuntu.com 这样的地址在欧洲也同样没有快速而直接的镜像，我建议在sources.list 里加上它，比如上面这样，以保障比较全面和及时的更新

如果只打算使用官方包，推荐使用 hk.archive.ubuntu.com 或 tw 的镜像，稳定而且也不慢
要爱护linux 就象爱护我们的庄稼地一样
