在教育网源，怎么 apt-get update 都没有。。。

update-manager -d
升级到10.10
第一屏用户许可协议就写这
This is a Release Candidate Version.............

怎么办？

联想F41
CPU: Intel T5550
Memory: 2G
GPU: Nivinda GeForce 8400GS
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate + Ubuntu 9.10

选一个好一点的源

有些源可能还没有同步到正式版的10.10

W: 无法下载 http://archive.mmu.edu.my/ubuntu/dists/ ... Sources.gz 403 Forbidden

E: 有一些索引文件不能下载，它们可能被忽略了，也可能转而使用了旧的索引文件。

我执行sudo apt-get update
就报了类似上面的错，当然了，无法下载的一大堆，我只是列了其中的一个

是怎么回事？还有，怎么修改源？
