Ubuntu下安装不了ltib~

同志们，我在10.04下安装ltib，可是在安装时出现如下问题：
user@Ubuntu1004:~/freescale/L2.6.31_10.08.01_SDK_source/yes/ltib$ ls
bin config COPYING dist doc hash ltib pkgs README
user@Ubuntu1004:~/freescale/L2.6.31_10.08.01_SDK_source/yes/ltib$ ./ltib //并没有使用sudo，怎么会出现下边的提示？？

I ran the command: sudo -S -l which returned:

[sudo] password for user: Sorry, try again.
[sudo] password for user: Sorry, try again.
[sudo] password for user: Sorry, try again.
sudo: 3 incorrect password attempts

This means you don't have sudo permission to execute rpm commands as root
without a password. This is needed for this build script to operate correctly.

To configure this, as root using the command "/usr/sbin/visudo", //这个提示是什么意思？？
and add the following line in the User privilege section:

user ALL = NOPASSWD: /usr/bin/rpm, /opt/freescale/ltib/usr/bin/rpm
