install ubuntu10.10 using wingrub

first,install wingrub under WINDOW XP

second,reboot,and press C to grub command line.

third,inupt

grub>>root (hd0,5)
grub>>kernel /casper/vmlinuz boot=/casper iso-scan /filename=/ubuntu-10.10-desktop-i386.iso
grub>>initrd /casper/initrd.lz
grub>>boot

then,go to ubuntu desktop there has intsall ubuntu

then,it need me to give ram space for / and swap

here it attention me that it need to renew Partion Table,but it can not umount /cdrom

That's all.

use wingrub to install ubuntu-10.10

while go to install ubuntu

it need to umount /cdrom

so,how to solve it ?

It DO NOT need to umount /cdrom, but need umount /isodevice.

umount: /isodevice: not found


it need to give ram space for / and swap.
while doing this,it was breaked by the /cdrom for can not umounting it.
