ubuntu6.06如何用台湾省大学的源升级到ubuntu7.04

各位兄弟，我刚从suse转到ubuntu
但我装的是6.06，很想升到7.04
cn99的源很慢，而台湾的很快
希望哪位写一张用于升到7.04且用的是台湾的源的/etc/apt/source.list

我就是用这个升到7.04的，不过最好还要在后面加上官方的源，那样比较全面

正在按照这种办法升级，就是有点慢，要2个小时，用的cn99的源，希望能成功！！！
