[问题]如何在UBUNTU7.04下安装使用BERYL(NV显卡)?

如题,用新立得安装了BERYL,系统工具里出现了Beryl setting Manager,请问往下如何做才能使桌面显示3D效果?

安装了nvidia的驱动了没有啊？？
修改了nvidia驱动的配置了吗？？
满足以上要求之后重启一下，然后运行beryl-manager应该就可以了。

运行Beryl setting Manage
把自已喜欢的效果全打开
ps:单是3d桌面的话7.04有自带的桌面效果。打开就行了，不用beryl

谢谢楼上几位的指点,我是6.10升过来的,用三楼的方法没效果.用二楼的方法,出现了一些特别效果,但3D桌面还是出 不来,哪位高手知道原因请指教一下.

附加说明:用CTRL+ALT+左键可看到3D效果,但一松手就回去了,并且窗口没有关闭按钮,右下角也没有钻石标志.

更正一下:根据七楼的说法,发现有效果,刚才是两指操作不 够同步,不过现在仍然是无法自己转动,并且窗口也没有标题栏.

网上提供的办法偶都试遍了(自己能看懂的),.请各路高手帮助啊.
