apt-get install build-essential 出现的问题

apt-get install build-essential 出现的问题

E: Error occurred while processing bmp-wma (NewVersion1)
E: Problem with MergeList /var/lib/apt/lists/archive.ubuntu.org.cn_ubuntu-cn_dists_dapper_main_binary-i386_Packages
E: The package lists or status file could not be parsed or opened.
configure时 不通过
说需要libc6-dev 版本是2.26的 依赖与libec6，但它的版本却是2.4的 ，于是 apt－get update，以及install build－essential
出现以上问题
是不是sources.list出现问题 ，6.06默认的sources是多少？

同问，我今天也遇到同样的问题，是不是服务器源有问题？我的源是cn99的：

都把 有 ubuntu-cn 的那一行注释掉， ubuntu-cn 的源出了点问题.. 比如楼上的楼上的源最后一行
飞得高，飞得低，学习再学习，多少大秘密！
