[问题]can't install Chinese language

my ubuntu can't install Chinese language and got other problems,you can read the error info below:

Could not initialize the package information

A unresolvable problem occurred while initializing the package information.

Please report this bug against the 'update-manager' package and include the following error message:

now what's the problem going on?

去掉源里有cn的源……
然后再安装看看

去掉cn的源...那原来的源呢?

比如cn99，最后一条是

代码： 全选

deb http://ubuntu.cn99.com/ubuntu-cn/ feisty main restricted universe multiverse 

包含了ubuntu-cn，
将这样的源去掉，其他的保留

换源，有时候宁可慢点也要用官方的源
