install scim or skim

i just install kubuntu today . and i checked the document ,but there is only the method of installing scim .but with the kde envirement ,should i install skim?what is the command to install skim?

源里面提供SCIM和FCITX，估计SKIM要侬自己编译的

我用了3楼的源(cn99的那部分)，还是没看到skim啊，无论是apt-cache search还是用那个apept，奇怪啊，明明有啊(我通过web去看了)

我刚从ubuntu转过来，还请多指教
