そもそもこのソフトを使うのが目的ではなく、これをインストールすれば、wine上で外字がウインドウズと同じように使えないことのヒントがわかるのでは？ [目的不是一开始就使用该软件，如果安装了该软件，则可能会提示不能在洋酒上使用与Windows相同的方式使用外来字符。] というのが目的でした。 [那是目的。]

dotnet のインストール失敗で　wine 環境が汚れたと思うので　zfs rollback　で戻しました。
因为我觉得dotnet的安装失败导致wine环境污染，所以用zfs rollback返还了。

少なくとも一度は「外字エディタ」を起動してください。それでも駄目な場合は「外字エディタ」で処理してください。

/home/jin/.wine/drive_c/windows/system32 には、そもそも「外字エディタ」eudcedit.exe がありませんでしたし、本物のウインドウズ8.1から [最初并没有真正的“外国字符编辑器” eudcedit.exe，而从真正的Windows 8.1开始]
