菜鸟第二问：进不了X WINDOWS， help！

今天一个下午到晚上都兴奋的按照网站的新手指引升级，安装，是一路小跑，兴奋啊。最后来个重新启动，结果关机了！这还没有什么，结果不让进X WINDOWS，startx也没用，闪一下就没，英文说是显示器设置之类的问题，请高手赐教，感谢啊。

帖出你的/etc/X11/xorg.conf文件，另将你的显卡型号告之！

机器是奔三那个年代的了，
显卡是主板集成的，UBUNTU已经正确认出，S3 ProSavage PM133
还有主板芯片组是VIA, 是不是也要象WINDOWS下那样装个VIA的主板驱动啊？

是升级吗？？？ 升级看来问题就大了。

用光盘安装5.10。

系统设的分辨率是1024x768，16位色，刷新率85hz, 这些和windows下是一样的。显示器是三星17寸的753DF，是支持此设置的。
