How to restore 7.10 to 7.04

I had upgraded my ubunut from 7.04 to 7.10. But I found I could not use the nm-applet. When I run nm-applet and select a network to collect internet, it crashed. The console show segument error.
I want to restore my ubuntu to 7.04. But I don't know how to do it.
Please tell me if anybody know it. Or somebody know how to solve the problem of nm-applet.
Wait for answer online.

Perhaps you have to do sth you don't wanna do....

当然能降级的不用重装~我手机上的~等下给你答案~你也可以去linuxsir debian版查一下如何降级

一下内容写入 /etc/apt/preferences

Package: *
Pin: release a=feisty
Pin-Priority: 1001

然后升级
sudo apt-get upgrade
