帮看一下安装mentor提示的错误

设置下面两个变量
export MGC_HOME=/opt/MentorBST/MGC_HOME-2004.ixl
export LM_LICENSE_FILE=/opt/MentorBST/license.dat
调用dmgr
/opt/MentorBST/MGC_HOME-2004.ixl/bin/dmgr
可以看见mentor的窗口一闪而过提示错误如下：

看上面提示error的地方都是不能创建文件 ，是不是权限不够？可我换成root不能调 xserver？如何解决这个矛盾？谢谢！
