Help: sudo apt-get update failed

sorry for english, because i have not install the chinese input method yet. it is because of the apt-get problem

I changed the /etc/apt/sourses.list by the instructions of ubuntu.org.cn, but when i sudo apt-get update, i can not connect to the server.

here is the error :

is anybody know how to solve the problem

2.其它时间试试.
