ubuntu里language support里的中文被我 删除了，怎么恢复？

ubuntu里language support里的中文被我 删除了，怎么恢复？
新手我，刚刚装了一个，之后我把中文的那些给删了。。。
下了一个rpm，发现不能用。。。
然后sudo了一下一个tz包，之后到usr里看到新放进去的两个文件都是禁用的。。。
于是我回到win上来求助。。。

I have upgrate the source to cn99.but when i use the "sudo apt-......",the promotion show as below
