How to install the IME?

I just install the ubuntu 5min before.who can tell me how to install the chinese IME???

你先更新软件源~~~再增加中文的支持！！

具体的步骤：
点系统 然后再点软件源 系统会更新！！
等软件源更新后~~~点系统再点语言支持~~~把CHINESE选上！！下载完了后，就可以输入中文了！！

在 “系统－系统管理－语言支持” 里面把 “Chinese” 勾选上。

Why when open an new link in firefox not in an new tab,it was in an new window,why??????

...type mistake ,I already installed fcitx,but can't find where is it and how to use,
In System I found "SCIM Setting",but I don't how to use it......
