有什么办法可以加快UBUNTU更新的速度

下载更新的速度太慢了，开始的时候一直都有200K左右的，不出3分钟，就开始以B计算了，5000B，XXXXB，连个10K的网速都没有，真郁闷的

有谁可以解析为什么这样子？有什么解决？
