这样启动我真想杀人！～～～～

本来两个系统用的好好的，可是由于我的疏忽导致xp无法启动！没有更好的解决办法，只好重新安装，但是问题出现了，安装好之后，ubuntu无法启动！上论坛查看了资料，目前这个问题已经解决！不过，开机的启动太繁琐！
如下：

windows xp
一键恢复
ubuntu

然后选择ubuntu
就又来到了原来的linux的启动项目如下：
Ubuntu 7.10,kernel 2.6.22-14-generic

Ubuntu 7.10,kernel 2.6.22-14-generic(recovery mode)

Ubuntu 7.10,memtest86+

other operating systems:

]windows xp

然后选择第一个才进入ubuntu太麻烦了！～～～～
那位高人可以指点一下看能不能简单化一点
！！！！！

意思就是在ubuntu里重新写menu.lst是不是啊？

这个是我的menu.lst，装了三块硬盘，两个系统。UBUNTU装在IDE接口硬盘，设为主盘。XP装SATA上，CMOS设置硬盘启动优先顺序，为IDE主盘第一，SATA第二。先装的XP，后装的UBUNTU。
你的说明不够详细，一下难以判断，如有改过XP里的BOOT.INI时，启动时可能先从XP引导，再从UBUNTU引导，所以出现了两次的启动选单，修改方法，应该是可以删除grub,直接从XP的BOOT.INI里启动（但不建议）。另外的方法是在UBUNTU里修改BOOT.INI和menu.lst,具体还要看你的UBUNTU装在了哪个硬盘和哪个分区。其实，修改menu.lst是最简单的方法。可以找找网上关于grub的说明，搞明白后再动手。

我刚刚式了，结果默认启动到windows里面去了！
