[问题]i can't input chinese now, a question about sound

when i login with the user "ubuntu" , i heard sound,
then i add a new user in group "admin"
i login with the new user, but the sound is disabled, it says " no volume control gstreamer plugins and/or devices found
what's the problem?

i am using 7.10

把用户admin添加进audio组。
