耳机和笔记本电脑能同时放出声音来，请问如何解决？？

笔记本 intel 965 的芯片组，板载realtek的声卡
windows下，插耳机后，就只有耳机有声音，笔记本没有外音，但ubuntu 7.10 ，插耳机后，耳机和笔记本外音都有，请教这个应该在哪儿设置？？？？？？

我也有过这种情况，试试把耳机插头拔下来再插上去，也许不要全部到底
