HOWTO solve missing-window-decorator problem when Compiz Fusion enabled.
Compiz Fusion used to be fine. But after some updating, the title bar and outline of every window is gone.
To solve the problem, try this:
Installing emerald by
sudo apt-get install emerald
Go to 'CompizConfig Settings Manager', Click 'Window Decoration' and type this in the blank for 'Command' :
emerald --replace &
Restart X and hopefully everything would be Okay.
