天敏大师电视卡不能接收信号？请大家帮忙看看！

我查看了硬件信息系统未能自动检测出电视卡类型，我的是天敏大师，因为卡不是我买的所以我不知芯片类型，我只是从安装驱动光碟上看到是天敏大师。
我看了以下链接的文章http://forum.ubuntu.org.cn/viewtopic.php?t=493&highlight=%E7%94%B5%E8%A7%86%E5%8D%A1
然后安装tvtime后，用tvtime-scanner命令后得到如下信息：

我怀疑之前我装过kdetv的问题，所以我把它删掉，再来还是不行。
请各位指点？是否要安装驱动呢？如果要那里可以下载？
