新手求救：不知道怎么连网

我的是电信给我装的ADSL,我在网络选项里发现2个东西,"wired connection"and"modem connection"用前者,不用填任何东西就能连上网络,即右上角出现类似于WINDOWS的连网图标,但2个显示器的屏幕是暗的,用firefox连了一下任何网站都连不上,用后者作连接,的确要填写帐号和密码,但不知电话号码填什么.随便填了个还是不能上网.

在wired connection里有如下４个填选框．
configuration
IP address
subnet mask
gateway address
不知该如何填写．．．．．．．．．．．．

PPPOECONF

填你的账号和密码。
账号需要是解密后的。
